We’re almost there — just three days to the start of Fasting Camp.
Today is about easing your body and mind into the rhythm you’ll need for the days ahead. Two small but powerful adjustments now will make a huge difference once you begin.

Reduce Stimulants
Cut your caffeine intake by half starting today. If you’re a two-cup coffee person, switch to one — or replace the second cup with herbal tea or water. Your fasting body will thank you with fewer headaches, steadier energy, and an easier transition into a natural rhythm.

Emotional Prep
Pay attention to the moments when you reach for food out of comfort rather than genuine hunger. These are the habits fasting will bring to the surface. Noticing them now gives you a head start on breaking free — and finding a deeper, calmer relationship with eating.
